successful exco outing today!
haha..not exactly...but more than half turned up ( Andy, Puifong, Sally, Mengchoo,me! plus joycelyn =p) which was considered good enough...bailey,jollie and Ym cant make it..sad..hope the next outing we can all be present! =)
Anyway, Mc and I were so so late...cos Mc woke up late (must quit ur lateless! =p) met her on the bus...we supposed to meet Kr and Jz at AMK(get photos from Kr)..so met them for awhile..haha..so nice to see them again...and guess what kr gave mc something..so absolutely funny...hahhaa
so we hurried to orchard where they had already been waiting for 45mins...so guilty...
after apologising profusely...we went pastamania at cine for lunch...it was really nice seeing the excomates again...miss them lots...it reminded me of old times...back at sch at the lib...the fun times we had together...will never forget them...
after lunch we went to take neoprints! hahaa..had to hurry cos joy had to go back first...andy then sent joy back home...we girls shopped around cine...before going taka coffeebean..managed to find a private cosy corner to chat...chatted on alot of stuff...the unis offers...topics on love...the memories back at school...haha..did a love quiz given by mc.. quite accurate =p
then andy arrived and joined us...shared a mocha latte and cappucino...think i am going to have a hard time sleeping later...
time passed really quickly...almost 6pm...we started on our way back..took some pics...saw yiling at watsons...so she joined us on our way back..
time passed really fast but the time spent was really worth it...we even planned on going shoping trips and the next outing...hopefully jol, bay n ym can join us next time...

what a day....
so fun! hahaha...ys,mich,ariel and i went sentosa...it was all bright and cheery sunny day when ariel n i went to ntuc to get some fruits for our picnic...yet when we reached harbourfront...its was pouring...just how unpredictable the weather is...just like life...
anw, though it was raining..we still decided to go ahead with our plan...go siloso beach to have our picnic and enjoy ourselves...there were alot of people there already though its a weekday
fortunately,the rain got less heavy...so we got out of the "cosy hut" which was sheltering us and signed up for the package: $5 for kayaking,beach volleyball,frisbee and pool...it was really a good package...comprehensive =)
but the rain comes and go...there was hardly any sun...=( the lifeguard there even told me i should get a tan...okok..i know i am fair...haiz..so we played volley first...it was my first time playing volley on the beach...but was really fun...hahaa..we practised with our serves...
after that we played frisbee... =)
finally the rain got heavier we went indoors to play pool...think my pool skills are improving under mich's guidance...haha =P
after some food and rest we continued with our volley...wowz...played from 12plus to 5plus...think we really played HARD today...but sadly without the sun...really wanted to get tanner...i really need that..hee
anw, we then called it a day and went home...wowz...so long since i've been to sentosa...but though the weather dulled my spirits a little but on the whole i really had fun..
thanks for the company and enjoyable day i had..=p

Met up with mengchoo at orchard for dinner and shopping...
Haven't seen her for ages...hee...mc was with her fren, peishan...she looked so familiar i could have swear i seen her before...maybe same pri sch...=p
anw,we went orchard to have dinner at scotts...guess what? we saw our seniors...kenneth and lynette...haha..was so coincidental...they were celebrating lynette's bdae...we chatted with them for awhile before getting our dinner...
it was really comfortable just to sit at a corner,chatting with mc at the same time having our dinner...though my sweet n sour chicken rice was not really tasty...but being in mc's company felt just nice...we chatted about alot of stuff...about friends...relationships...and so much more about life back at sr...
sometimes i just feel that you can be close friends with some people...but some you can only stop at friends or aquaintances...its just so strange at times...and i feel its time to keep in touch with those frens you may have neglected for awhile...becos of the fact that we may be drifting further apart due to not making the effort...its a two way thing...so i guess sometimes you just have to take the initiative...
this is the same thing with regards to boy-girl relationships...though i am not very experienced in this area..haha...just feel that its a mutual thing...cant be forced or imposed upon...
and as what mc said"sometimes you just cant go back to the way things were before.."
cos it will never be the same again...i agree totally..some things are just fated or meant to be..
at times...you will just look back and recall about things that had happened...WHAT IF things does not turn out the way they should be...what else could have happen?? there are so many ifs...you will know cos you cant turn back time...
i felt as if i have learnt alot...through my conversations with mc...made me thought through many things...
what if i am not accepted into the uni i want...things may not turn out the way you would have want it to be...but it may turn out for the better...
you just have to keep at optimistic point of view...=)
lastly, i just wan to say that i am v thankful for the frens i have...and thks to mc for accompany me to get my ears pierced...finally...hahaa

for once in my entire "holidae" since i stopped working...
i woke up early!! hahahaa...
cos i decided i cant just continue being like that for the rest of the holiday...gotta do something about it..=)
Woke up early and join Cheryl at Hougang stadium to jog...it feels really good to exercise in the morning and breathe some fresh air...hmmm....we ran around the tracks 2 times and walk once....and did some sit-ups...haa...tired the monkey bars...ahh...cant do it already le..my arms are like so weak...=p
after that cos the sky darkened and started pouring...we sat at the specs stand to rest and chat...felt it was really nice to do things different for a change....should always take some time to do the things u feel like doing even at the spur of moment..of cos not causing harm to anybody or yourself..haaa
After that we went home...met up in the afternoon cos Cheryl wants to get a new hp...so we went around kovan to see see...nothing much...but on the whole it was a great day spent...

today's Mothers' Day!!!where all the mums in the world celebrate their wonderful role..haha..with their dear families...
hahaa...jas and I gave mum her present last night...hee...see her feeling happy makes me feel happy too...(kinda knew she will like the pressie) =)
oya,actually we wanted to bring mum out for an ideally nice mum's day breakfast...but once again we woke up late..haa..guilty...oops...so we changed the plans..made it dinner instead...
We went to a teochew restaurant in Bendemeer called Ban Heng...haha...so traditional rite...but the food there were really not bad...especially its dessert...yums..yam paste...it was really nice to spend time with the whole family...even just out for a simple dinner..there were alot of people there already when we got there...almost full house...many had booked in advanced...and you can see many happy families with grandparents and children in tow...=) very xin fu sight...hee...anw, after that we went to out old house there...to get some groceries...hee..just like the old times...=) happy dae spent
once again,happy mummy's dae to dearest mum..

anyway, went out with vio and becca yesterday evening...to register for big walk..hee...went to vio's house that Cheers...no luck all the forms were out....then we headed to hougang central, another outlet...all the t-shirts were out...so kinda made a wasted trip....so we gog PS next fri to register lo...hopefully still can..hee..haven met up with vio and becca for soo long..haha..missed them much...=) hope we can meet up more often lo..going vio's house there fly kite will be our next outing hopefully..=p

Cls Outing

On Monday i went for my class lunch at Milenia Walk's Moon fish pasta and seafood restaurant...met up with ariel first at hougang mrt to take to cityhall...saw andy at dhoby gaut...andy also got into ntu biz...it was nice to meet up ariel because since march outing with qama and nugan we haven't met up since.We were so terribly late and the others were already there.Only Michelle,Jekhao,Edwin,Yuenshin,Leeling, Ariel and me turned up for this class outing...its really quite pathetic but we really did have fun...We made our way to Milenia Walk..chatting along the way about ourselves what we doing currently...Mich,LL n Ys gog poly most prob though LL is still waiting for her uni applications...=) hope she can get it...edwin and jekhao repeating now...having mid-year exams next week...had s sumptious meal there..yums...after that we made our way to paradiz centre to play pool...it was a long long journey from milenia to paradiz...we trotted past the new SMU school site..almost done...and SAM...and Chijmes...really beautiful place...hee...mayb can hold my wedding there next time...haha..dreaming =p....finally after much right left turns we finally reached...we booked a table and mich explained to us the rules of the game and jekhao taught us the way to hold the cue and how to aim...hee...my first attempt at pool! it was actually quite fun after you get the hang of it...=) after much goofing around...we were not really experts there...haa..we went home while mich n jek stayed back to play CS...

Ed,ariel n i took the same bus back and i felt that it was really nice to talk about the past..about each other's current happenings in our lives...really hope the next class outing more of them can attend...hopefully the whole class...

conclusion: to know and be involved about other people's lives is really nice thing to do...to show you really care...

Yesterday the 17th Lib exco invited us to attend the Opening ceremony of the Library's Wall of Hope...Mengchoo and I were free so both if us went together.Before going there we went heartland mall for lunch. Edwin boarded the same bus as us so we chatted with him.He had just finished his chem mid-year practical that day.He was heading to heartland mall to get some stuff.After we alighted we saw Hoyang there.He had booked out so we chatted for awhile about current happenings and uni applications. After awhile we parted ways then Mc and i went for lunch...I felt kinda sad thinking our class...There's really few of us that can make it to uni and all of us take different paths,some re-taking,some going to poly,some going overseas....it just seemded so sad in a way...we had never been a close and united class but to see everyone going separate ways...just feel kinda sad. I think we just have to see where our future lead us to...=)
After a long lunch..haha we finally got to school...but there wasn't much preparation to do and nothing much to help out in...we just talked to the juniors weiting and janice. They complained to us about the library situation and the exco.I felt kinda sorry for them because they have to juggle their cca and studies at the same time...just like we all used to...really hope they can do much better than us...our results are placed at the noticeboard at the lib..it was so embarrasing.
I had alot of fun there cos Mc kept making us laugh....haven't laughed that much in ahile..hahaa
After chatting with the juniors,we went back to heartland mall as Mc wanted to look for Yingxian(working there).We chatted with her and Mc bought some jewellery from her at 50percent discount..hee
then we decide to go back( i going home,Mc going Phonics Class) and we saw Mr Singh at the same bus stop.He asked me how was I and about uni applications...told him i applied to all 3 unis and SIM...

haiz...juz hope all of us can find our own ways...and hope we can still meet up and get to know about one another's lives...=)
