SRC Blood Donation Drive Day Today!!!

haa..went to help out at LT1.10 at 12plus after class..quite alot ppl there already.so i went to tend the booth for collection of souvenirs n certs.was there for awhile until there were fewer ppl so jac,jh,oliv,sheila n i went lunch.then got back to help out again.more of them were actually walk-ins than registered ones.most of the registered ones din turned up lo.at the end of the day we had 90plus packs! could have been more but many were rejected.overall had fun but tired though.after packing n clearing up,the BD comm ppl took pics tog and distributed the momo tix =p after that jj did a debrief with us then we debated on where to eat,a treat from src funds =) went clementi stn hawker there..only left jj,ml,alvin,hl,jh,sher,xx,oliv,gupta,lawrence n me.but we had a full dinner of seafood =)after some qian bian wun da ti by jj,we headed home..

anw,had been doing publicity for Blood Donation Drive this whole week.we really need more ppl to donate their blood.only got ard 70plus counting the community.really hope more will turn up on the actual day(25th oct next tues!) and reach our target of 100! =)

wah.feel that muz really start my studying schedule.or else i will be really lost.hmm.hope can be able to stick to it.shall start from this wkend! =)
had econs in the morning then went to help out at the BD booth.then accompanied sha to go harbourfront to get her sd card for her cam.i wanna buy a digicam! =( but feels so broke cos many of my frens bday coming up.haiz.gotta put on hold i guess.muz start saving!!! cut down on lunch dun eat too ex de.hopefully can have enough for the pressies n shopping trip with mc when her exams are over! yeay til then...

went to help mum collect her meds at hougang before going bugis to national lib with min.my second visit there.it was crowded and we din managed to find the texts we need.so we left there soon after.min and i then settled at bugis junction's TCC and studied there with each a dose of caffeine from our lattes.=p
studied there for quite some time b4 its time to go home for dinner.on our way back did some shopping for mum n ourselves.=)
had a sumptious dinner that mum n dad cooked.haven tasted their cooking for soo long.even had second servings for soup haa.

din have class today but had to go school for BD banner painting.
haa.quite fun lo cos BD comm haven been actually doing much activities tog just had meetings.so its quite a get together to interact lo.almost all were there except jac n anu.haa.its nice to see everybody having a part to do.haa.we started with sketching the outlines using chalk n then used white paint as base then using red,yellow n white paint for colours.really not bad ah..i think..=p so proud of our masterpiece that we took pics of it and with it.haa =)honglwee kept saying our team muz be united hee.so funny. hmm finaly finished it with the help our nice seniors =p,just gonna do some final touches tmr and it will be done! =)
our event's coming soon.really hope it will be a success.muz jia you n get more ppl to donate blood!

accompanied mum for her check-up today at hougang.
it has been a year since her operation.it feels good to know mum's doing well and recovering.hope the report's ok too.after that,went to another clinic for another check-up.mum's really scared dealing with this checking stuff.hope everything wil be fine for her.=)
i think that health is most impt!!muz tk care of urself n ya family.

after that went to meet mc at kovan.supposed to meet them in sch.bay was with his gf eating sakae sushi.haa.so we shopped ard n met bay n his gf for awhile.haven seen them for sooo long.miss my exco mates.haiz.hope there's one day we can all meet up.now we are all busy with our own committments.
had dinner with mc at pizza hut.soo full.=0 great time talking to her.its as though we will nv run out of things to say.=)

some things just stay the same,don't they?or rather,u wish they will,somehow.

City Venture today!

haa..its our src welfare event city venture day today.met olivia at hougang stn to meet the rest at clark quay mrt which is our starting point.met bertina at hougang too so 3 of us went took train to clark quay.many people were there already,the participants,game masters and the committee ppl.HZ and i was the game masters for the station at settlers cafe.after wl briefed us on what we have to do then we set off to walk the route.as the settlers cafe was the nearest station to clark quay mrt,HZ n i went over to there first while the rest started on their route to theire respective stations.i feel that we were really lucky to have gotten this station cos we get to sit and enjoy the aircon,somemore can enjoy our lunch there =p basically,our duty is just to play games with the contestants and keep time and their game sheets.after we settled ourselves comfortably there hee,we then ran through what to do and had our lunch while waiting for the first grp to arrive.wl,hazel n pl came to check on us then took some pics with the games boxes haa.so funny.then finally 2 grps arrived at the same time.so pl helped us with the other grp while we played with another grp.we played 2 board games,'blink' and 'halli galli'.i always felt that the settlers cafe's concept was really cool cos they let u play games and dine too.i noticed that the ppl who go there are mostly adults and most prob hoping to destress and have fun there.=)whie waiting for the other grps to arrive,HZ n i chatted.there are some probs btw he n his gf.I feel that in a relationship,there's a need to give some n take some.personally,i feel that there's no need to meet up with ur bf/gf everyday cos everyone shd have some time of their own,their own space.but it seems some ppl may be insecure if they dun see their other half daily ba.so i guess to some point a couple shd have common thinking n perspectives.hope they can sort it out well.=)had fun at settlers cafe cos the staff there are v friendly n always willing to help.most of the contestants we were quite lenient with them and only did one forfeit for one team.(cos wanted to stall that grp lo haa they are simply too fast)
after all the grps fin(have to leave cos the time's up and left one grp still haven came to our stop)so we met oliv at clark quay b4 proceeding to final stop at esplanade park.most of them have already reached.then we took pics with jh they all(they joined too =p)after prize presentation,"jay hunters" won! the prizes were really attractive =)all grps had consolation prizes n 5 top prizes.we then took grp photos of the GMs and CV comm.overall,had a fun day! cos simply slacked alot! muz visit settlers cafe again! =)

had soci class in the morning.wah.i think soci is really interesting subject.it somehow just makes u think.but getting abit sleepy at the end.haa.after that went for the CV briefing for game masters.met chunmin there so asked her along to join elaine,joyce,ching,may n yijun for girls outing.went lunch tog with olivia,sher n chunmin before meeting elaine n joyce at the studying corner there.studied soci for awhile b4 heading to bugis to meet ching they all.we shopped ard at bugis street.there's alot of stuff i wanna buy but cant really find what i really like.yijun,may n ching left first while the rest of us went orchard for dinner and to meet kelly pro there.haa.had tori q at the fountain there and desserts at mos burger.laughed alot hahaa..they are soo funny ppl.think laughed til my stomach hurt.=D then abt 9plus 10 we headed home.haven really spent time with them after the camp so it was nice meeting up again. =)

met sean on the bus.haa.he surprised me.i almost gave him a pissed off look when he tapped my head.=p so sorri.i can be unfrenly at times.haha.had econs lect.its getting really difficult.really hope i can understand it lo.or else gotta flunk it.haiz.muz spend more time studying le.its time to be serious le,kelly.=/
after that had lunch with sean,sharon n johnson.its always interesting talking to them.we debated or rather they 3 debated away about issues like two-timing n stuff.i was busy eating away =p but i guess ppl have different takes on different things lo.each have their own right to think a certain way and stick to his or her perspective ba.i feel its kinda dependent on the situation lo.haa.there can be loads of ans.=)
after our lunch,johnson went for cls while the 3 of us stayed back awhile to talk.i just love doing nothing n just talk after cls! lazy girl esp on lazy afternns.=)
then we took bus back home,a first for the 3 of us to go home tog.we talked abt lots of stuff.sharon:hope ur problem or dilemma will be sorted out soon! trust in ya =) as what sean said,just let nature takes it course.folow what u think is the right thing to do at the moment.

anw,jz n i met first at orchard mrt stn (we are always the early ones =p) so we went cine first and waited there for chris before gog the 8th level k-box!
we went there first while kr n dan joined us ard 1.hee.sang quite alot of my fave songs.finally get to sing with chris and chris n jz both did a duet.haa.i did duet with kr too.haa.overall we sang from 12 to almost 4pm.haa.then after constant reminders to leave the room.we finally left.so paiseh.haa
anw,after that kr sugg we go national lib to tk pics haa.cos the scenery there was really nice.so we went.it was the first time i have been there since it underwent renovation and moving.its was really nice but din really looked like a library to me.more like a office building =p.
so went from 13th floor down and took pics at different levels.quite fun cos we kept thinking of poses to do.esp kr.a little rated r for some pics haa.kiddding.
finally went home after that.soo tired.gotta get back to my books hee.hope we can meet up again lo.hee.we are even planning where to go for our year-end break! =)

It has been a tiring day.
Went to school for econs lect.wow.its getting more complicated and tougher.i think i muz try to pay much more attention.sometimes just gets distracted.haiz.
after lect felt so happy cos its a friday! =)
chatted with sean and sharon for awhile before sean left to meet his gf for lunch while sharon and i went canteen for lunch.but didnt get anything to eat cos meeting min later to buy peng's pres at cityhall.sharon had a quick lunch before we headed off to orchard cos she got work today and wanted to shop ard with her for awhile but min already reached suntec le.so gotta rush off to meet her.was like rushing the whole time.my poor legs.hope it wont be too tired out.hee.we met to go lunch first before gog shopping ard.went fond hugs tried a top i like lots but too broke.too many ppl's bday coming up.got myself a pair of slipons finally cos my old pair spoiled.shopped for along time b4 getting peng a necklace with earrings.whew.then min rushed off for her training while i rush home to bathe and get jo's pres b4 gog out again.wow.i muz have a walked a thousand miles today.haa.met jo n vio at orchard.went pepper lunch for dinner.not bad =).then we walked ard abit then settled at coffebean again haa.my fave hangout place.got our drinks den talked alot till the person asked us to leave cos they are closing.do they close so early de?i wondered.then we went home le.so bushed.tmr supposed to meet chris they all for kbox but gonna postponed cos dan cant and i cant cos having city venture trial run tmr.haiz.gotta walk alot again.tmr's peng's 21st bday party hope will be fun! =)
