its been long.

longer than i thought it would.i missed doing the things that i enjoy,back in jc when though time seemed short,but everyday seemed so much better.back in sec sch,when everyone struggled in finding themselves,when it seemed tough,but still it felt more real than ever.you wanted so much to go back in the comfort of familiarity,but you know you cant.people cant move backwards,there is only one way - forward.

been to the national museum yesterday after dunno how many years ago.i always liked the interior,just didnt know it has changed over the years as everything eventually would.the cartier exhibition was breathtaking,the intricate designs showed their history and how it was like back in the early 1910s.bought kelly chia's pressie and shopped ard with ching n yj.

the night before,went out with the girls for dinner at suntec marche.its been fun,missed seeing them.but its still gd that we can meet up.=)

somehow the nearer you thought you are at,the further it seems.
its time to slow down my steps.

been busy with work but its always nice to see my favourite kids and it takes ur mind off some things =)

went to my aunt's condo for bbq last night hehe.with the haze so bad.haha but it was a different type of experience i guess.its to celebrate mid-autumn festival too.ate alot =p like satays,otahs,bee hoon,ah ma's red bean soup,specially concocted limeade,bbq marshmallows and chips.and finally got to eat the famous chocolate n spice muffins!!ate the cheese muffin.it was delicious and it looks really nicely baked.no wonder its famous.i hope i can bake muffins like that soon =p played with my cousins,missed seeing them cos everyone's like so busy with their own lives.but its always nice to attend family gatherings like this,you can just talk and have fun =) thanks to auntie for organising!after that,went to the apartment to watch dvds.din managed to finish the show so we brought the dvd back to watch,and its a really nice show! "just like heaven" starring reese witherspoon n mark ruffalo.

anw new week starting,gotta go back to sch n work..jia you kel..but this wk can meet up with frens,so its gd =)

haven celebrated the day for quite some years, just remember that we would always get a lot of candies and small presents on the day from teachers and friends.=)

anw,wanted to talk about my baking session yesterday with min! haha..it was a long awaited one cos had been wanting to do some baking using our new oven,but just couldn't find time.but finally got to do it on sat.we set out to buy our ingredients and supplies from hougang's phoon huat shop and ntuc at hougang mall, but couldnt get everything so we went down to toa payoh's phoon huat.finally got everything after 3 hours,haha a tad too long rite,in between gotta eat breakfast and collect my jeans and do some shoe shopping.hee got my nice lilac kitten heels from charles n keith.so pretty =)

got back home, we started doing immediately, the recipe for that day was "double chocolate muffins" =D first time making muffins,and everything was clumsy at the start,with melting the butter n chocolate( almost dropped the bowl!) while min got flour over her top.haha but everything got settled nicely towards the end.and we got 8 muffins only when the recipe says its for 16.hmm strange.anw,here's the outcome.





looks nice? haha not bad for first attempt rite,must perfect my skills =p
but was sick for these few days n went to see the doc and he gave me this cough mixuture.



the interesting thing was its GREEN.hee not the usual dark brown.quite cool.
