Merry Christmas everyone! =)

somehow the feeling of the holiday mood gently settles.
But i am glad for this little break from school, where i can take this time to take things a tad slower, slowly gearing myself for the coming new year.With 2008 coming,i have to get used to writing this new number,heh somehow it felt like a lucky number,as the tradional Chinese like the number as it represents fortune.Just left with a few days of 2007, it is back to the time again to sum up the things that have gone passed in the year and what to look forward to. =)

mc asked me whether i have any new year resolutions, hmm i thought long and hard, but it seems to me i had always fail to fulfil them in the past years, so i think i should make more realistic resolutions and really set heart to fulfil them. =)
okie set them in my heart already heh.
but most importantly,i really hope 2008 will be a better year, for myself, for my family and my friends.no matter what, must look forward, be happy and contented and cherish the people and things you have. =)

today is the braces up day!
its finally the day.went with min to have a gd lunch at kfc at j8 and ice-cream at wheelock before gog to the dentist.heh shd eat what you want to eat before that.the crowd at orchard is really huge as xmas is nearing.waited quite long at dental before its our turn, and while waiting i was anticipating how it will be like with them on, heh quite ugly actually after the braces are on, but the nurse was nice cos she gave us transparent rings for our bottom teeth.next visit is in jan! the jaw feels quite tight and have to eat soft foods for now till the mouth gets adjusted to the braces.lucky its the hols now.hope i can eat yummy good food soon! =)

xmas outing with the sim girls at esplanade ichiban boshi yesterday.
had a sumptious dinner and fun xmas present exchange! heh it was quite funny cos our secret pals ended up in groups. j to yj and yj to j,cc to em and em to cc,while m,ang and me exchanged among ourselves.heh it was a fun outing and took quite alot of photos.after dinner we went to the morrocan pub that j wanted to show us for drinks, and the interior design looked really exotic. =) overall, really happy with the presents i have gotten! thanks girls =)


anw, had my second extraction today.not as bad as the first time, but still feel bad for my poor mouth.so much food i feel like eating! really muz give myself a nice treat before the braces are up! =)

celebrated cheryl's belated bday today, dinner at vilage orchard.
that place was packed,strangely hah,just managed to find a table.its been long time since all of us gathered.hope cheryl had enjoyed this small celebration. =)
happy 21st birthday to cheryl!

its december already with 2008 coming.
it was as if november was just yesterday,or days ago hah.
anyway, the year is coming to an end,and the things and events that happened this year just run through your head like a slideshow,this is when we realise how much time has actually gone and passed.what we have learnt from year to year as we grow older and older each year.21 going 22, when i lament that with me growing older when the people around me are too.with this new yr arriving, i hope for once, i will be able to fulfil my resolutions and not let it be just resolutions on paper.
and to bring myself to work towards the direction of happiness =)
and everyone else around me to be too!
